List's parents are Suzanne and John List. List is also the sister of two actors. She attended Oak Park High School California where she graduated with an honors degree in the year 2016. List is of English, Welsh and Aries ancestry. Her passion for the performing arts was piqued early as was her modeling modeling career as a child. List began the acting profession in 2002, and her modeling career started in 2009.
